A Mind-Body, Whole Person Approach to Helping You Reclaim Vibrant Wellbeing

Looking for ways to improve your health and wellbeing that really work and take into account the full, complex person that you are? You, as a whole person, aren’t limited to diet and exercise or meditation. Wellbeing Solutions’ coaching uses natural approaches to help you understand, track, and balance all of life’s dimensions – everything you think, feel and do – for optimal health and vitality.

Our approach helps you make better choices to improve specific aspects of your life and manage your actions based on a deeper understanding of yourself and increased clarity about your current motivations. We help you understand that everything is connected. During the past two decades, developments in biology, neurology, and psychology have clearly demonstrated the mind-body connection and proven that our total wellbeing must incorporate all dimensions of our lives.

Your Coach will help you:

  • Learn ways to improve health, happiness and wellbeing
  • Find natural approaches to reduce stress, enhance sleep, let go of pain and extra pounds
  • Set goals and create and track empowered action steps 
  • Learn techniques that help you quiet your mind
  • Cultivate balance, compassion and connection in your life
  • Clarify what’s most important to you.

We recommend, though don’t require, that our work begin with the use of an online wellness management tool, ‘The Wellness Inventory’. (insert 12 Dimension wheel).  The Stanford Research Institute considers the Wellness Inventory to be a “foundational wellness tool”. The inventory is rich with articles, practices and inter-active tools to help you engage, assess, reflect and act in the dimensions most relevant to you.  You’ll have access to this resource for one year and can choose to work with your coach within the tool, and via phone or in-person meetings.

There is no “end point” to achieving a higher level of wellness that’s right for you. As you achieve your wellbeing goals, we’ll be there to encourage and celebrate your success every step of the way.
