Colleen Harshbarger, M.S.

Colleen Harshbarger, MS, has a life-long passion for healthy living and a strong belief in the resilient capacity of all people. Her clients include organizations and dedicated professionals who face the everyday challenges of balancing work and family commitments with self-care. Her combined personal and professional experiences have led Colleen to the knowledge that, regardless of life’s circumstances, resiliency and wellbeing are within everyone’s reach. No one can take that away from you. No system can take it either. And no job is worth giving it away to.

Colleen earned her Master’s degree in Exercise Science/Biomechanics and has over 25 years of experience as a wellness professional and yoga instructor. She was West Virginia’s first National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach. She is also an experienced registered yoga instructor and certified education provider with Yoga Alliance (ERYT-500, YACEP). Her approach unifies her areas of expertise: yoga, mindfulness, exercise science, and whole-person wellbeing.
